Our drinks menu is a connoisseur’s choice of fine spirits; each one is carefully selected for its rarity and quality. At Slim Jim’s Liquor Store, rare and niche brands of liquor are stocked: we aim to use a more obscure and innovative selection of producers, and promote independent distilleries over multi-national corporations where possible.

• We stock Malts and Blended Scotch including the Highland and Islay Malts such as Glen Farclas 10yr, Macallan 10 and 15 yr Fine Oak and the incomparable king of scotch BNJ.
• Irish whiskys such as Tyrconnel, Jamesons and Powars further supplement our extremely wide-ranging tastes and if you’ve never tried the phenomenal Suntory Hibiki 17yr from Japan you will be suitably impressed.
• Another of our principle obsessions is Tequila. If you think Tequila is the foul-tasting rocket-fuel of popular misconception then you’ve never tried the excellent Patron range or the Reposados and Anejos from Herradura and Don Julio.
• Rum is another of our favourite things so that’s why we pour with the Bajan Rum par excellence Doorlys. Our fine choice of aged Rum’s include the jewels of the Angostura Range from the Glorious Island of Trinidad but also perhaps the finest Rum in the world, Ron Zacapa 23yr from Guatemala.

Our cocktail menu is a mixture of classics and Slim Jim’s Liquor Store’s original creations. Expect a Slim Jim, a variation on a Rusty Nail made with Rittenhouse Rye Whiskey, Briottet Crème De Figue but aromatised with Peychauds Bitters. Or if your palette is sweeter, try a Slim Jane, a harmonious blend of Rose Vodka, Peach Puree, Peach Schnapps, Lemon Juice and Syrup served straight up – you won’t find any cardamom infused Vodka here.

There is a unique off licence within the bar, where rare bourbons are stocked in an old fashioned cabinet and are available to buy.
